On Wednesday March 10th, we had our 6th workshop of the 9 Week Programme on Personal Development.
This workshop was focused on Worklife Balance, with our facilitator Maria Zarotiadou.
Finding the balance between your work time and your personal time is really important. We had a short introduction in what is Worklife Balance and then we asked ourselves some rhetorical questions in order to understand how balanced our lifes are.
We discussed about the benefits of Worklife Balance and the 4 Pillars of Worklife Balance.
Our facilitator introduced to us “The Wheel of Life” and explained to us how does it work and how it can help us to set our goals in life.
It was a really helpful and interesting workshop and we all enjoyed it!
